Guide to using the Promoters Pack

 

     MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM  Organisers must be full members of TLI Cycling.

     

      APPLICATION TO PROMOTE UNDER TLI RULES & REGULATIONS  If you have already had an event accepted you will not need this form, however it can be used for events you plan to promote next season – but remember it should be completed & sent to your Region Secretary by October 31st of the current year. Events not applied for by that date may risk permission being refused.  

     

    POLICE AUTHORITY RACE NOTIFICATION  Ideally this should be submitted to the relevant Police Authority at least six weeks prior to the event(s), a copy should be forwarded to the TLI Cycling Region Secretary and a further copy retained in the organisers race file.      

     

    STANDARD MEMBERS ENTRY FORM  For use by TLI members pre-entering events – usual closing date is 14 days prior to race. And by Day Members before they are allowed to ride any event

    REGISTRATION SHEET (SIGNING ON)  Permission may be sought from the National Secretary for the body of this form to be altered to suit the event requirements but the declaration must remain unaltered.  

     

    EVENT LEVIES RETURNS FORM  For completion & return to your Region Treasurer (or General Secretary if same) within 7 days of the event(s).  see list with form

     

    INJURY / ACCIDENT / INCIDENT REPORT FORM  Hopefully this will not be needed but all accidents should be reported immediately to the National Treasurer
