About The League International TLI exists to provide no frills, minimum fuss, grass roots, cycle sport for all abilities and all ages; from under 10's to over 100's. (Lower age limit for road races on open roads is 14 years) The £16 membership fee (£5 for U/19, £10 for O/60) provides you with an international licence (TLI is affiliated to the International Cycling Federation), handbook, access to a nationwide programme of events and 3rd party liability insurance when taking part in any TLI organised event. For organisers event insurance for any number of events comes free of charge. Races are usually age related with awards for each age category, those who are less fit or less disciplined with their diet can race with an older age category. TLI is run entirely by unpaid volunteers. Regions are allowed a high degree of autonomay and flexibility with affairs.
